πThe book and its content
1. Who is this guide for?
It is intended for anyone holding crypto-assets β even modest ones β who wants their loved ones to be able to access them when the time comes, without compromising the security of their funds during their lifetime. No technical prerequisites: concepts are explained from the ground up. The guide is useful both for a beginner with a Binance account and for an advanced holder with multiple hardware wallets.
2. How is this different from a technical book on crypto?
This guide does not teach you to invest, to trade, or to choose your cryptocurrencies. It addresses a single subject, under-represented in crypto literature: how to organize the transmission of your digital assets to your loved ones, in line with succession law and the security requirements specific to crypto.
3. Is the book valid for the UK / USA / Canada / Australia?
The technical and organizational principles (key security, binder setup, layer separation) are universal. The legal chapter (chapter 8) covers common-law jurisdictions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia) as well as civil-law countries, listing the questions to ask a professional in your jurisdiction, without substituting for one.
4. Is this legal or financial advice?
No. The book states this explicitly in the opening disclaimer and throughout. It is a guide to personal organization and a methodological framework. Succession law, taxation and investment are matters for licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.
5. Will the content become quickly outdated?
The founding principles (separating instructions from secrets, the binder setup, articulation with the notary or executor) are structural and don't age. Technical elements (platform interfaces, app versions) are deliberately described at a general level to remain valid for several years. A revision is planned every 12 to 18 months.
π¦What you receive concretely
6. What does the bundle contain?
The bundle includes:
- The complete ebook in PDF format (57 pages, 12 chapters, 12 educational figures, glossary)

- Minor updates to these three documents for the first year
7. Can I print the PDF and the binder?
Yes, without limit for your personal use. The binder is even designed to be printed and kept safe: the book explicitly recommends a physical reference version, filled by hand or on screen then printed.
8. Can I share the file with my spouse, children, or executor?
Sharing with members of your close household and with your executor as part of your own succession is explicitly permitted β it's the whole point of the product. Resale, public online distribution, or distribution to third parties unrelated to your succession are prohibited.

π³Purchase and refunds
10. What payment methods do you accept?
On Payhip: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. On Kindle: the payment methods registered on your Amazon account.
11. Why buy on Payhip rather than Kindle?

12. Can I get a refund if the book doesn't suit me?
Our digital products are delivered immediately after payment and all purchases are deemed final. We do grant full refunds in two cases: corrupted or unusable file, or clearly accidental purchase reported within 24 hours.
